I've already contacted support on this and there wasn't a way to fix the issue. This issue should be on the Grounded issue tracker as it is already established to be a well known issue.

I'm having the same issue after grabbing the super chip in the hedge lab. Now all locations are marked as unknown. I've tried a few things and noticed that dying and respawning seems to fix the problem but I haven't died once yet in my save so I'd prefer to find another way to fix the problem. Does anyone have any other solutions other than dying?
