I know this may sound a bit of a stretch. But trust me how it’s going to be better for tall base. Instead of walking up stairs back and fourth or having to go to the top which takes time. But with elevator we can change the whole idea of building mechanics in the game. Can be easily go to point a to point b. Like if you build a base at the high place like the oak tree. You can build a elevator to each their in seconds. You can control the speed, When to stop and how high you want it to go. Of course it’s going to be pricey for this mechanic. You might need weed stem for flooring, grass plank for walls then ropes, silk ropes, etc whatever it can hold to help move the elevator up and down. This can change the whole idea of bases.

Adding wagon would be the first vehicle in the grounded. Can be easily transport weed stems and grass plank to different areas. Max it can hold is 20. Easily to be craft which would be acorn tops, weed stem, and ropes. Many more resources to craft it. But it would be first and helpful who want to build and transport items to different bases.
