Yes. Having the same issue. There are other recipes available for brittle and sturdy components, however no recipe available for supreme whetstone and plating. This issue is making it near impossible to upgrade even 1 weapon or piece of amour to maximum.

I've completed all labs and can't find or unlock the recipes for supreme whetstone and plating. With the limited amount of supreme quartzite and marble available, it's impossible to upgrade even 1 weapon to maximum. Same issue for armour. With quartzite and marble not respawning, an alternative recipe is required. Any help or information regarding this issue would be much appreciated.
