  1. I agree, it reminded me of GTA vice City! (love the 80's)
  2. If someone could extract the texture file or get a really clear picture/Screenshot i could try it on the scanners we have in the office. i can't as i got the PS3 version but i'm sure you PC users can dig around the files
  3. The code on his patient's clothes is a 2D barcode (Datamatrix i think), in order to read it you need a a barcode scanner ;-) I can tell you what type of barcode it is because i work for this industry
  4. No i have the same issue and i am on PS3, checkpoint system is not great :-S
  5. Good thing to know I'm not alone Indeed, but other than that the game is fun and most of all you feel like a spy!
  6. I already gave some impressions on the game yesterday in another thread, The things i liked - The dialogue system & the choices (reminds me of Deus Ex, which is my N
  7. Sabotage indeed (i tried tech apptitude but it didn't help in the hacking part)
  8. yeah i think it's possible, i tried it but it's a bit "harder", you can get past some situations if you sneak past certain guards, but i recommend to put at least some points in sabotage skills (in order to have more time for the hacking mini game), haven't gone far in the game so i can't speak for the "whole" game...i hope this helps a bit.
  9. In the magazine PlayMania (issue 127). The review score is 88/100. Graphics -> 80 - The exteriors are not so bad but the models and their animations are far from perfect. Sound -> 90 - Appropriate soundtrack. Diversity -> 89 - Even though it's the same game, there are many possibilities when it comes to customizing your character and deciding how to play. Duration -> 90 - The replayability factor is really high. You can play Alpha Protocol a lot of times without experiencing the same adventure. Overall -> 88 - A spy role playing game that succeeds in blending action with stealth and gives players a high degree of freedom in choosing how they want to proceed.
  10. Exactly my thoughts! I think the game could suffer a bit with harsh reviews and thus have a bad general score... But yeah it's a hate/love thing...i know i already posted this in another thread but these are my impressions Ok i'll post my impressions on the game (on PS3) (i got it yesterday and only played 2hours or so) The things i liked - The dialogue system & the choices (reminds me of Deus Ex, which is my N
