    You are not the only one. I have the exact same problem. What worries me is that you had no response and it was 1 year and half ago so it feels like I have no solution and Obsidian hasn't looked into it. And yes, my mouse is perfectly fine.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
