  1. Hoping I can get some help here. I've been playing pillars for a while now; I've finished it 3 times on my PC with no issues whatsoever. I've played through the Xbox app on game pass. A couple of days ago I decided to give the game another go on path of the damned. I tried to save my game and it didn't work! The save button is clickable but it actually does nothing when I click it. I figured I'd keep moving and see if it will auto save but after the first story book cutscene plays it gets stuck on the loading screen to the cave ruins. I tried deleting my save folder, deleting the game/reinstalling, and I even reset my entire PC, but the issue still persists. I have no idea what else I should be doing, and googling hasn't helped at all. I found one person post about this in the Obsidian forums years ago, the exact issue I'm having but they didn't get a response so no help there. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you get it resolved? PoE 1 & 2 are my favorite game of all time, so I like to keep them installed and playable on my PC in case I decided I want another playthrough, so I really want to resolve this. I even consider re-purchasing the game on Steam, but the post that I saw also had the issue was on Steam so I'm afraid a different version won't help. I don't know where to find the output file in the Windows version of PoE so I can't attach it =(.
  2. I play exclusively in first person in games like skyrim. Though I do like the option to use third person just so that I can look at my character whenever I want. It's something I sorely missed in Outer worlds, I know the idle camera went into a revolving camera but it just wasn't the same. I'm hoping for both options to be available. When I heard class systems I thought Elder scrolls online where there are a limited number of ability slots and you can choose what abilities to slot in.
  3. Microsoft isn't just publishing Avowed, they own Obsidian which means they own the Pillars of eternity/Eora IP. If you aren't an Xbox fan take solace that this will be on PC day one. I feel for you though. Pillars of eternity 2 is my favorite game of all time. So if a big game set in that world doesn't come out in my preferred platform I would also be peeved. I'm lucky that I happen to also be an Xbox fan so it turns out perfect for me. If I were you I'd maybe try it out on PC or even cloud gaming with gamepass when it releases because there's no way its coming to playstation consoles.
