The game was made shortly before vista was vus it is unlickly to work but perhaps there is a patch or upgrade of some kind floating around

I am quite certain the powerblast is just pure energy and has no unstoppable attack quolities One would assume the mandolorian heavy blaster is a very strong weapon though the disrupter is also quite effective
