    Loading screen freezes on XP?

    When I save a game, it's fine. When I go into another area, it loads fine. But when I load a saved game, it's...not fine. It just freezes. I fixed this problem before by reinstalling it, and then it worked, but do I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I play a saved game? Is there some sort of a solution? My game crashes sometimes too, but only occasionally, so I'm not really bothered by that. And all my specs and stuff pass through. I have the recommended drivers, etc. Help, please.
