Avoid permanent distractions, various studies show that after distraction, a person takes from 5 to 20 minutes to return to the working condition. Just think about how much it takes time. To avoid these cases, simply report others that you will not be available over a period of time. Say that you do not want to be bothered if it is not an emergency check my blog. Avoid habits to be constantly busy employment - this is another form of propagation. There are many cases that it seems to be done during the day, but which are absolutely not valuable and affect the main goals and tasks. Please refer to 80/20 rule and take an obligation to work over 20% of tasks that give 80% result. For someone it can be a job and self-development - everything else will have to either postpone or exclude. Avoid technological technology habits - it's good if you use it in such a way that it has benefited long-term goals and tasks. On the other hand, if they are abused, they can take precious time. Excessive Internet surfing, e-mail checks, watching TV, conversations on the phone and correspondence - all this, most likely, you do not need.
