Update. I'm using cloud gaming software, and the interface for that was interfering with the game. I disabled that, and I think I'm all good.

I'm new to the game. Mouse and keyboard. I played about 10 minutes my first session and it worked fine. Since then, when I move my mouse to turn, it stops my turning like a hit a wall. It will still wiggle up and down, but won't go any more to the side. I'm locked into a rectangle and can't see outside of it. I tried reinstalling Disabling my firewall and all other programs. Fiddling with an input.ini file to disable mouse smoothening and sensativity acceleration. I switched to "default inputs" one time last night and it worked great again. But when I started it back up today, I'm locked back into my little rectangle.
