  1. It seems, on that system check--- that there are only two areas that failed (or got warnings) #1.-- Video-- it says "warning, (null). Unable to detect VRAM" and #2.-- Open GL-- Failed. Microsoft Corporation - 1.1.0--- Required: Non-windows generic open GL 1.4.0 drivers. Maybe this will help?
  2. Thanks Deathdealer, I installed the drivers that you reccomended, however Nothing has changed with the game. any more suggestions? oh, and also I got version b already--- so that's not the problem
  3. Additionally, I tried to check the settings by going to "configure" and it allowed me to save this info. Hope it helps. 4. Hi, I'm sorry to bother everyone here, but I'm sad to report that I have been unable to get my game to start. It could have been something simple I did wrong (I'm not that great with computers) or something wrong that is outside of my influence. I read the request for my system info in another post and so I thought I'd post both that, and what I did. I got the game from a friend--- All 4 discs were there-- he told me that he didn't want it because it needed to have some kind of debug downloaded. He surely knew what he was talking about, but to get him to explain it so I could understand was beyond me. I installed it on my computer--- 4 discs, inserting each when prompted and it gave every indication of working until I tried to click on "game". That time, and every time since then it has asked me to send an error message to Microsoft. I tried the update feature, it was no help. and then manually went to the site recommended by the update feature, but either what I needed wasn't there, or I couldn't find it. Here is my system info: ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 9/3/2009, 17:20:43 Machine name: ME-4FFE2AF13A7C Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090206-1234) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
