Okay so I recently just started The Outer Worlds, and I noticed... When you are being fired on and take damage, you don't flinch you just kind of sit there and take it. The only indication I have that I'm being shot is when I look down at my health and usually its already to late. Is it just my game or is this an overall issue with T.W.O? I play on PS4 and don't know anyone personally that has played this game.
