You can kill the giant cave grub in the old ruin in Neketaka without getting a hit from it by shooting arrows from afar. it doesn't retaliate or close.

You can just infiltrate alone in stealth mode and use the small boat in Undercroft to get to Queen's Berth without party members close to you around.
