    Weird bug when moving mouse (constant issue)

    Ok, so i just installed this game last night from the Xbox Gamepass for PC app. There is a weird bug where when i move the mouse the whole game stops updating the screen. This makes it impossible to play. It's hard to describe so i recorded a video. This happens as soon as the game loads, including during the Obsidian logo animation and while just sitting at the main window. Turned off the nVidia overlay. Nothing makes a difference. My system specs aren't great, but more than enough for this game - Intel I7 4770k, 16gb ram, GTX 980ti, Windows 10x64. The game is also installed to a Solid State drive. I contacted Paradox support since they are listed as the support contact in the xbox app and they can't help me.
