    I just figured this out. The Xbox Sign in Window that pops-up for games pops BEHIND everything and it doesn't have it's own window. After it kicks you to desktop, start minimizing windows one at a time until you find the xbox sign in window. Once you sign in, it should work.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
