I'm in the same boat. I've been trying multitudes of different solutions out there to this problem. I've uninstalled/re-installed the game and drivers countless times and I've even tried running the game as administrator. And this never use to happen, I've always played it and beat it in the past with everything maxed out, even with mods. Now it just get about a fourth or a firth of the way in the loading screen, blinks, and just stays put there forever. Why? This has to get fixed.
