Ran into the same issue today. Cleared the area, then spoke with Aza. Through the dialoge I told her to go back to the ship, as I wanted to do some other quests first. I got the "I will wait for you here" and then she disappeard and didn't come back. I wandered around and couldn't find here anywhere in the area. Fast travelled to the ship, not there, then fast travelled back, and she still wasn't there. Closed the game, re-loaded, and no Aza. Help?
