So how would I fix said problem? Would I have to buy a new card? Are there any you would suggest. Question. KotOR ran on my computer fine when I turned down the brightness. Are the two games that different graphically? Thanks.

Hi all, I bought KotOR II, installed it, and a message came up that my graphics card wasn't strong enough to play with it, and settings needed to be adjusted before I played. I changed the resolution to medium and I was off. I started up the game, and got to the main menu. I made my character, then the game started up. The text crawl went by, and the movie started playing with the asteroids and stuff, but when (and I think this is it) when I started playing, my screen went black. I could hear things going on in the background, but nothing was showing up on screen. I tried to exit the game, but it wouldn't let me, so I had to do a manual shutdown. I tried about four times, and it was the same thing each time. Help would be most appreciated, thanks. I really want to play this game.
