Okay, pretty simple. I have an ATI Radeon X1950 Pro with a DVI link to a 1400x900 widescreen monitor (I know, gotta upgrade the monitor.. after Christmas!). I just decided to reinstall the game since I haven't played it in over 2 years, but I can't for the life of me get the game to play in anything higher than 1024x768 resolution. I've tried INI tweaks and they're not working at all... no matter what, I either have 1024x768 fullscreen or 800x600 windowed. I can't even get 1280x1024 windowed, which I could handle.

How can I get this to work? I can't stand playing at 1024x768 fullscreen - the fonts are really hard to read and everything looks so bloated.
