I'm not sure if this is the right place to submit a bug, but I believe I found one, so I wanted to share. It's very minor, but it seems to affect when skill altering effects display on the skill screen.
In the game, the skills screen seems to incorrectly toggle the displayed skill bonus when moving the mouse back and forth over a skill. The skill should always show all effects affecting a stat, but it only shows the companion bonus every other time the skill is moused over. The skill's scrollbar is also toggled, and the position of header in the unlocks section moves left/right depending on if the companion bonus is displayed.
