    Dialogue lag and game crashing

    I'm new to the game and I just downloaded the game last night, I've gotten to the part where to talk to Reed about the power core and the dialogue start lagging (i.e. the subtitles are there but it takes him a minute to speak it) and then after a few minutes, the whole game crashes and I get taken to the xbox dashboard? Any tips on how to fix or is my game stuck like this? (I've cleared my system cache and I'm in the process of deleting the whole game off my xbox and redownloading it to see if that help)
