They work now so I'm back on track. If you have this problem contact support before restarting. Support will roughly take 4-5 days to to resolve, make sure you receive a confirmation email that they have received your issue.
Never had this issue before but all my saves suddenly can not be loaded due to Missing DLC: Unused. I've restored all purchases and in fact have all the DLC so I'm at my wits end. With this it is basically unplayable.
