    Heavy stuttering and very low FPS

    Hi, i downloaded the game with the Epic Games Launcher. In the opening sequemce i recogniced that the game is stuttering so hard, that the audio does not match the Video. That continues in the game. My system should run the game easily. I have an i5 4460 3,2 GHz, 8 GB RAM and an NVidia GTX 1660. The graphic setting detection set everything on High or Very High. After the first start i set every setting on low, changed the resolution to 720p and limited the FPS to 30 but the FPS are still unplayable low (12-28). I set the CPU priority to High and turned VSync on but that did not help either. I saw people with similiar strong hardware play the game smoothly on 1080p so i dont think it is a hardware problem. I hope you can help me
