    Weapons from the Void Quest Bug

    Purchased the Hephaestus Mining Archive from Gladys and used it at Hawthorne's terminal but it didn't actually trigger the quest to go to the next step of "find weapon on Scylla" and you can't purchase another one from Gladys or access the file again on Hawthorne's terminal, and you can't just go to Scylla and search the box for the Mandibular Rearranger because it would appear it's spawn is tied to the Mining Archive. This unfortunately makes it impossible to finish the quest.
