    Its kind of tricky but you can hop on the railing in the pit to get around the barricade and come in the room from behind, i was able to go in from this door and talk to rockwell no problem NOTE : this is on the pc version idk about consoles

    Just had the same glitch on pc, im currently looking for a work around

Configure browser push notifications
