    Guvna - I've seen another 2 posts from people in this forum describing the same problem. Someone made a YouTube video of it as well. I haven't seen anyone try the uninstall / reinstall method yet. I have another 6 hours before I can try it out again!

    Guvna, I am also crashing out at this same spot. I killed the Chancellor from outside the doorway and was able to get through the room only to crash again on the platform elevator up to the next level. I uninstalled / reinstalled but I haven't had time to try it again after the fresh install. I'll post here if it fixed it for me.
