    My problem only occurs when I am using the cloak/shroud in restricted areas. It has happened when I went to get the chemical for Welles and on the Hope.

    My game crashes to desktop in the slaughter house on Monarch. I have the Nvidia RTX 2070, Intel i7-9700k
