Update, I fixed the problem in the video by going to the microsoft store, going to ..., downloads and updates and resuming the update.

Still need help.

https://streamable.com/fvct6 IT starts up then it stops, it seems to think it's already installing and when I click uninstall nothing happens. More information, I actually had the game installed but it kept going to "game services" when I tried to launch it so I tried to uninstall the game and reinstall and this happened.
