The solari crystal is LS only, but unlike the qixoni, it is found only randomly, meaning you could play many times without getting it. But you can use the qixoni even if you're LS. You just need the <FullName> crystal from the Kinrath cave on Dantooine. It is whatever alignment you are if you let Kreia 'adjust' it, so it is LS if you're LS. And if you put a LS only crystal in a lightsaber along with a DS only crystal, their alignment restrictions will neutralize each other and you can use the saber, even if you're LS. but do you get the benefits of both then personal LS crystal and the Qixoni one?

Yeah our galaxy doesn't have the Force and we're not much better off. That being said, I still never understood why Kreia wanted the Exile to kill her? It didn't result in the death of the Force which she wanted. She just ended up dead.

Do you guys usually use the personal crystal or some combo of other ones?

So I finished the game as a JediGuardian/Watchman and at no point in the game did I find a personal lightsaber crystal. i went back to a a save game right before I became a Watchman and became a weapon master instead hoping Kreia would then give it to me, but no. What am I missing here? Nevermind...I beat the game not ever seeing that one group of crystal in the cave on Dantooine.

So how do you get the game to show you this? Do you have to be DS?

So I just finished my first time through the game. After defeating Kreia, she told me that she could tell me the future and went through the future of Mira, handmaiden, etc., but there was an option to ask about Canderous' future. Who is that? I thought he was from Kotor1. I don't have anyone by the name in my part and all the portraits in my party frame are all filled. the only thing i can think of is that she's referring to Mandalore, but at no point did he tell me he was Canderous. In addition, there was an option to ask her about Mandalore himself and the Mandalorians so it seems redundant to assume that Mandalore is Canderous. I played as LS male. thanks

Jediphile, thanks for the response. After Telos, I only took Bao-Dur with me to a few places like Dantooine and the Sith Temple on Dxun as it was a lot more interesting to have one of the other NPCs with me such as the Handmaiden or Visas. I thought the influence got built by experience...didn't realize they had to be present with me everywhere I went. the other thing is that I did the planets after Telos in the order of Dantooine, Dxun/Onderon, Nar Shada and Korriban. Maybe that is why I didn't build enough influence with Mira? Is there a formula for building influence and opening up dialogue aside from taking these NPCs with me?

Interesting...I was able to convert the Handmaiden to Jedi after dueling with her on the Ebon Hawk a few times. I was also able to convert Atton after Nar Shadaa. I was never able to convert Mira or Bao-Dur though. I never had much dialogue with Bao-Dur ever. There were just so few options. I used him earlier on as well. can you think of why this might have happened? Also, what is required to convert Mira? I've only played as LS male, btw.

Agreed. Oh, and don't forget the pacifist "upgrade" I had a saved game from Korriban just after the confrontation with Sion. I gave myself the vocabulator and then installed it in him. Of course it means I have to do the cave on Korriban again, along with the dantooine enclave, the bit on handmaiden with Atris and then the last bit on Citadel station before entering the ravager.

Will I miss out on a lot if I don't bother with the HK? I'm already on the ravager and even if I gave myself the vocabulator, I cannot return to the Ebon Hawk at the moment. Did the HK have any part to play on any of the other planets? I'm guesing he can't be built until you've visisted all but Korriban anyway right?

Ok apparently you guys are right, I missed the vocabulator from the HK-50 on Peragus and now I can't go back. How do I use the KSE to get it?

Actually I looted the HK-50 unit on peragus and he gave me an HK piece but it was not the vocabulator, it was the droid processor. All the other places gave me what you said, but obviously they were redundant because I ended up getting the droid processor and control cluster twice.

I play the game at 1600x1200 so how it cannot detect that it could play the videos at the res. is beyond me. FWIW, the hq videos were less fuzzy than the original.

Hi All, just got on the ravager and I still don't have all the pieces for the HK droid on the ebon hawk. The one piece I'm missing is the vocabulator which i somehow never found on NarShadda. Kodin had a HK droid processor (which I already had and installed). The merchant on Dantooine had an HK control cluster, which again I already had and installed. Any ideas on what I can do at this point? Korriban was my last planet and I found nothing there.

Hi, I recently got this game (I know it's kinda old now) and I just downloaded and installed the high res movie patches. Sadly all the movies continue to play at 640x480 within the game. The movies do look somewhat better I think, but how do I get them to play at 1600x1200? My monitor does support a res of 1600x1200, infact that's the res I play the game at. My specs: Windows XP Pro SP2 Radeon 9800 Pro Athon XP 2.2ghz
