Installed the game with no problems, discs are completely unscratched so no memory problems, and started it up and updated again no problems. The problem comes when i actually start playing the game. All map textures look like the were scrambled randomly, things like desks, containers, and doors are missing, and all characters are completely white except at certain angles. My hardware is all up to date and I can run games like Half Life 2 and Counter Strike Source on High with no problems. did a scan and here it is.
