Hi Caleb, Do you know if this has been fixed? Because I am having the same issue now and cannot complete any of the quests around the undercroft area

I opened the barrels in lifters refugee prior to obtaining the iron guts quest. After receiving the quest, non of the crates/barrels reset with the rotten hagfish quest item so I am unable to complete.
