  1. Thank you for your dedication to a lovely game after all this time, going on a decade now? I hope this will get many new players to try it now that fantasy RPGs are all the rage!
  2. I wholeheartedly agree, I sincerely hope they add it although it's probably more involved than a few bug fixes. BG3 has it, Pathfinder: Kingmaker has it (I think), D : OS2 has it, and I think Deadfire has it too? I do know that it's possible to mod it in sometimes (someone did for BG2), but I have no idea how to do even that. Fingers crossed. To get a patch after all this time, it's kind of making me hopeful for a PoE 3.
  3. Keep background audio running after window loses focus. Could this still be added? Please? Pillars is such a chill game to run when other things are open alongside. Please Obsidian! (There's no emoji with stars for ears so that one has to do)
  4. Hi guys, so after all this time I'd like to replay PoE and its sequel as these are some of my favorite games. The problem is, I'd like the game audio to keep playing when losing focus ie clicking on another window. Is there a way to make the game retain audio focus? Things I've tried: Pinning the window with DeskPins, AutoHotkey, Windbg... this didn't do anything as focus doesnt mean "audio focus". I'd like to play in Windowed, not Borderless because I have only one monitor that I like to keep tidy. Bit of a special request I think so I thank you all for any input!
  5. Hi all. This is on PC v3.07 with IEMod only installed. Geyda, the human female animancer looking for test subjects, appears at stronghold. Gets 2000 copper for hirelings and leaves. Five days later notification in stronghold status that she's arrived requesting a prisoner to experiment on. I go back from Stalwart to the stronghold. Expect to meet her in the stronghold's Great Hall at the usual spot but she's not there despite the stronghold status telling me she's there. Date is identical in both pics. I realize this is an old bug but never hurts to ask. TIA!
  6. @SChin Thank you for your continued looking into issues. It is very much appreciated. @Nalyd Is it possible that you triggered the dialogue too early? I assume the dialogue in question starts with "For the first time in a while, I feel confident into where I'm going" (paraphrasing). This is what happened to me. I am now trying to reset the conversation chain using the Unity Console. I found the following flags in a save where I just completed his companion quest and Aloth has just reached +2 approval: b_aloth_banter_1 1 b_aloth_banter_2 1 b_aloth_p2_appeared 1 b_aloth_p2_quest_expl_ready 1 b_aloth_p2_recruited 1 b_aloth_p2_main_convo_stage 6 b_aloth_p2_absolve 7 b_aloth_p2_ending 3 b_aloth_p2_grandmaster_or_apostate 1 b_aloth_p2_quest_stage 6 b_aloth_p2_responsible 6 b_aloth_p2_topic_irresponsible 1 b_aloth_p2_topic_neg_last 1 b_aloth_p2_topic_protradition 6 n_eder_p2_aloth_chat 1 b_aloth_joined 1 n_aloth_ending 2 Keep in mind I don't know what I'm doing and that my issue is probably self-inflicted (the mod). I can attach a save file should anyone feel compelled to look at this. I'll be looking at how dialogue works using the stickies in the modding forum in the meantime. Have a nice day!
