Could I Run South Park and the Stick of Truth
Olioster replied to DigzyUK's question in South Park: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
It wouldn't run perfectly and you'd probably have to use a low resolution but it should run well enough to be playable. I got it running on my PC and it has worse specs than yours.
