I've tried all of the disks, and they all give me the same error message.

I click on the game icon, it brings up the menu that has the Game, Configure, Update, ect. This menu comes up fine with no problems, but when I click on the game icon to play it, I get an error that says "Wrong Disk Inserted". I don't know what is wrong with the game, should I return it? Is there a problem with my computer? Someone please help.
