How do you go about training your other party members as Jedi?

Yeah...see...I got impatient and didnt really pay attention to the story...so I lost the connection with my character and thus isnt as fun to play, so im just playing through this char and then making a Light Side Guardian/Jedi Weapon Master for my next character and pay attention to the story, lol.

Thats what my new character was going to be, a weaponmaster. So your saying BASICALLY...if i use two Lightsbers I get a penalty, and if i use a Lightsaber in my main hand and a Short Lightsaber in my off-hand, I get a bonus. Is that what your saying?

Is there a difference between a Short Lightsaber and a Lightsaber. Is one one handed and the other not? I ask because I want my next character to be a dual lightsaber wielding jedi.
