    Maybe for future Obsidian games but Outer Worlds is listed on Steam..... The publishing deal with Private Division predates the Microsoft buy out. So anything is possible regarding this or at least I hope so. Are we so certain that even other future Obsidian games will be exclusive to the Microsoft store...even if it is likely the case? It's possible MS knew of this IP and this IP was considered a lucrative asset when MS considered Obsidian for acquisition. Let's hope Obsidian is in good hands, because with the acquisition, MS may own the IP.
