    Keybinds Reset Every Restart

    Pretty much the title. Every time I restart the game, my keybinds reset to the default keybinds. Any suggestions I can try or any additional information needed?

    Cloak of Many Feathers does not appear to be giving the +1 DEX bonus but is giving the +2 ATHLETIC bonus.
