    Stuttering Issue

    Pinkypink131 posted a topic in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
    -Description- Whenever something happens on screen, I get stuttering. Things that cause this include, but are not limited to: Combat Start, Ability Visual Effects, Switching to scouting, A trap appearing, and an NPC saying something as I walk by. This is on the lowest possible graphical settings, as well as the highest. I have already set it to run as admin, and completely reinstalled twice, the latest time being just prior to my latest test, where it was still occurring. -Steps to Reproduce- (1) Just toggling scouting a few times usually does it.
