Had an issue with the new merchants in the recent DLCs Deck of Many Things and Beast of Winter. On the Deck, the merchants have empty stores and even their nearby chests are empty. In the village in BoW, I had the same issue with the merchants and it went even worst with Nyvardir on the upper right corner of the map. During the conversation with him, I arrived at a dead end as shown in the picture. I had to restart the game to get out of the conversation. What could be the issue?

I found the ship and tried the interaction two times, by talking first and then by attacking it. In either cases, I never see any special items. When I talk to the merchants, their wares are empty and even when I open the chests in the hold, they're all empty. When I tried assaulting the junk, I only get what the characters are wearing with no special items. I tried closing the game and reloading the encounters with the same results. Am I missing a patch or something?
