A matter of Import bug
Lee Augustus replied to coletsim's question in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
I've just encountered a bug for this quest as well. It actually gave me the dialogue for the next parts of this quest, (Spoiler: I went, killed the coral machine/ kraken, but when I went to turn in there wasn't an option. I checked my journal, and it still has the quest listed as "Matter of import- So and so is going to meet her contacts."
