    Not sure if something changed in latest patch. Am playing on veteran difficult. No mods. Level 20 party. But now in every combat if any character would fall unconscious they instead die. No injuries, from totally fine and rested. No chance to revive, dead and gone, removed from party / game over if happens to main. Thought it might just be a new feature for the arena. But left that area entirely and gone back to main plot line and still happening. Every time without fail. Made fights more challenging I guess but getting annoying now. Any ideas? Cheers, Sean
