I really hate to hear that "why don't you go buy an En verion one"
coming out of the community.
It's incredibly irresponsible. How? 'coz Atari is selling their product oversea,
and as long as they do so, they are responsible for their whatever version
of the game. As I notice in the first post, it's a simple code problem that
the devs should have solved it years ago.
The crash happens when typing in multiplayer mode which doesn't happens
as single player.
As what I've acknowledged, they've inform Ob so many times since the
game first came out, and all the answer they've got is "We'll forword this
to the devs" and then the stone lies down to the bottom of the sea.
I personally mailed Robert McGinnis two times in the past 8 months, and
him, for sure I believe, reported it to the devs. However, it eventually goes
silence as well.
As an American, I feel pathetic for those who think as the world is still running
around U.S.A. Atari discovered a potential market in asia, in order to keep it
and develop it, they really need to pay more attention on these clients.
In addition, those DnD lovers who devoted themselves into building PWs in
Asia are the true NWN2 diffuser. Mabe they couldn't discuss with us on the
community board due to the language problem, but they deserve the same
respect as the other builders, not the marginalization.
