solution - The solution for this issue is simple. All you have to do is start the game and then open “Task Manager” and click on “More Details”. Now select the “Details” tab and find the game’s exe. Right-click on the exe and change the priority any option above “Normal”. This will resolve the frame rate drop issue and the constant stutter in the game.
