Being shocked by the similarity and becoming suspect of plagiarism I decided to delve a little deeper; apparently it's an old Macedonian Folk tune that's probably royalty free, I guess any Macedonian players should've noticed. The dance that goes along with this music is also the title of the tavern song: Skudrinka. Here's some other examples:
