    [Framerate] General Framerate Problems.

    I know the first game had an issue that was fixed by adding -force-d3d11 for the launch parameters, though i don't think that works with this version, hopefully a patch fixes this soon for you or something. The specs you have are similar to those that have this issue but it seems lower end specs work out fine so its really weird, running a 980 i have no real issues at all :\
