Caremeter

I've done two installations of the game and this happened both times. I've been unable to play the game. Upon launch, the game lags a little and then I get a blue screen for a brief second. Then it loads with the resolution all jacked up and I'm unable to correct it or select anything. Screenshots included, thank you. DxDiagCaremeter.txt
