Hovsgaard posted a question in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
I have no voice over of any characters in the game, including when selecting voice sets for the main character, all selection and presumed fight voice and all dialogue. Voice volume is set to 100% in settings.
