Gonna have to agree with DarqueysaucecakesImisstheresidentevilavatarness.
Master of Orion 3 is, to date, the only game I've ever bought where I found myself compelled to continue to play if only to justify the investment of cash. It was, to put it kindly, an orgy of suck and failure.
NWN2 comes to mind as well, though not a true tear-jerker, just disappointing. The story looked promising and I got into it a bit (Ya know, in between crashes.), but the rampant technical problems at launch and even a month or so afterwards pretty much killed my interest in the game itself, also controls just felt clunky to me. It's sitting on my HD right now so I may get around to finishing it one of these days...
...Why do I see torches off in the distance?

You don't really want help, right?
Well, first of all, I hope you are not "perusing" the other images in that artists portfolio. Because that would be just embarrassing.
Secondly, only play on weekends. Trust me, it works and you get a ton of things done. Just keep telling yourself that you have plenty of time to indulge once Friday comes. Totally indulge!
Help, much like AA, is for quitters.
As for the artist...Hell some of it might be nudes, but I'm honestly more endeared to 'em because all of his work is so damned pretty. Definitely quality work.
A thorough lack of things to do is what keeps me chest deep in the damned thing, which certainly says something about the state of my social life. By the by, happy to see ya still hangin' out here mus, along with damn near everyone else from years and years ago. The community seems fairly static, which is neat in a way.

Awesome enough to make me post for the first time in a year or so.
I'll throw in with the others suggesting you create a portfolio and pursue a career in concept art for Alien games.

1. Is it possible to have serious, workable internet romances that doesn't lead to have gay sex with a boy pretending to be a girl?
Maybe? Not really in my experience.
2. Who wants to see a really ugly picture? Please?
3. Why is it we internet geeks spend way too much time on asanine forums such as Obsidian, Bethesda, Buttsex.com, Badjojo, Ford.com, TelevisionWithoutPity, BIO, or mlb.com., or any other place (for bonus points, name the 3 of those that i actually visit - Obsidian is a freebee choice, HAHA!)?Free time and excessive boredom come to mind. Also, WoW won't load my characters. Yay weekly maintenance.
4. For more Dramatics: Who are your 3 favorite posters of all time anywhere, and why?Too many to name. Lotsa cool people here though.

LOMG LIVE PEYTON MANNING!
In your face, Choker Lovers! The only chokers are the Anti Mannings!
"I was about to post the same thing. I do not understand this guy's popularity."
Not whiny; competitive.
If people wouldn't attack him personally, and bash him so much for 'choking'; he likely wouldn't be like that.
He's popualr cause he's a likeable guy, and on top of that he's one of the best QBs - if not the best - to ever play the game. And, now he has a SB ring to slam dunk it.
No more talk about how 'he cna't win the big one'.
IN YOUR FACE MEDIA, IN YOUR FACE!!!
P.S. Grossman played pretty well until the 4th quarter. The Bears defense didn't play as well as they could have.
It's like watching a psychopath rant about his demented fantasy world.
And until the 4th quarter? Were you watching the game? He screwed up constantly from the start of the second quarter.
-
The defense did quite well, it was the offense that completely killed any chance the Bears may have had. Honestly, why the hell didn't they put in a different QB? Christ, after the horrifying performance through most of the game I'd of, I dunno, maybe switched out the QBs and changed my offensive approach.
-
Manning's a whiney bitch, Grossman doesn't deserve to be playing in the game, and the Bears are doing what they've been doing for the past decade or so; Blowing it.
-
To repeat the general consensus....what the hell's wrong with this? They're vaccinating against cancer. I hope to god the government gives these morons a nice, crisp, official finger.
-
Sooo, why do people have children when they know, through testing pre-birth, that it's going to be deformed, stunted horribly, or otherwise ****ed out of a normal life just because of the way it is?
It's selfish.

Actually have to agree with Hadesand. This is ridiculous, if not out and out wrong.
That's not agreeing with Sand; he was insisting that marriage was an outdated social mode.
It was sort of implied that he thought the law itself was less than brilliant.

The Bears in the NFC Championship? My family is probably going nuts up north.
It's about time.

107. I'm disappointed, but then again, I generally don't do that well on patterns...
More the words type.
Puts my range now at 107-138 on various tests. The 138 was on a more english centered test.

And in western world (where surviving doesn't consume time) there is ignorance etc.
You can chalk that one up to laziness and apathy.

Pop just made me switch from drinking coke to drinking milk....lots of milk....and water.....I'm scared of my coke cans now.

If I can butt in here for a second.....
My personal belief on this is that after the first trimester, things become a bit more grey in terms of what consitutes human life, so before then, I believe abortion is perfectly fine.
Just to stress something that I often find eludes some people....a fetus, or a zygote, is nothing but biological life until it attains consciousness. It's biological life up until that point, then becomes something akin to human once it reaches said point. Just making sure people understand that..conception isn't the start of human life....
As for whether the choice to abort rests with the man, woman, or both parties, I'd say it's a joint decision, with more weight given to the woman's whim.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled bickering.

Lucky jerks with your lack of cavities. My brushing habits are suspect, but apparently sufficient for nice breath, just not for keeping from getting holes in them.
I'm up to four, one filled just recently and another was a root canal. I spent an entire night lying in bed with the absolute worst pain ever in my mouth. Honestly felt like something was ripping into my tooth with a jackhammer. An exposed nerve isn't fun, by any stretch of the imagination.
That was my first encounter with 800mg Ibuprofens.
They, like ze goggles, did nothing.
Next day, two injections of numb juice, and like a half hour of drooling, then the sucker was done. :D
Strangely, it's the teeth that are exactly opposite of one another on either side of my mouth. Wisdom teeth, on the other hand, have enough room to grow, and apparently wont be a concern in my life.

1. Get off my ass and get a license....Jesus I'm a bum. Also, I don't want to be killed.
2. Get a girl.
3. Get laid.
4. Get myself in enough order to actually succeed in college.

The game's quite excellent, old school fans confuse the hell out of the rational part of my brain, and ghouls creep me out to an almost unbearable extent (Subways are a "No Go" zone as far as I'm concerned, unless mandated by a quest to get to a certain part of D.C. proper).
That was really all I had to add there, since just about everything I had to say was brought up during the course of...well, entirely too many pages.
I'm loving it.
