    [Pet AI] Ranger / Ghost Heart - Pet AI starts disabled after each cast

    This still appears to be an issue with the latest patch. Currently running a Ghost Heart/Evoker (Geomancer) with a Wolf companion. Also experienced the same issue using a Lion companion. Also when creating the character, you are prompted for your name immediately after choosing the second class. You can still complete character creation, but then it asks you for your name again at the end of character creation -- overwriting whatever you chose in the beginning anyway. Edit: After adding the ranger class, I now realize that it's asking for the name of the pet -- it just isn't clear at all what you're suddenly naming.
