    Hello and good day, I have micro-stutters in-game every 3 seconds or so. I have updated my drivers, tried that Postenago soultion (here: https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/100913-ive-finally-found-a-way-to-stabilize-framerate-and-stutter/)and the game is installed on my SSD. Please help, I can not play the game this way. Thanks DxDiag.txt

    Running on 1070 gtx, 6700HQ CPU at 32 gigs and I'm running 30 fps in cities and around 45 fps in general. PoE1 ran better than this for me. I just hope Obsidian fixes this somehow.
